The Company

Intram Investments, Inc. is an Orlando, Florida-based real estate development and restaurant investment company. Since its inception in 1991, Intram’s activities have centered on its strategic plan via acquisitions of high-profile, infill retail properties and build-to-suit developments at premium locations throughout Central Florida; investments in the food service industry spanning seven states; and other endeavors.

Rashid A. Khatib,
President / CEO

As the President of Intram Investments, Inc., Mr. Rashid Khatib has directed the activities of Intram and its predecessor since 1985. Under his guidance, Intram has grown to be a leading real estate development company in Central Florida. Intram’s growth resulted from the strong relationships formed with investors, lending institutions, buyers, sellers, tenants, and real estate professionals.

Mr. Khatib received a Master in Business Administration, with a concentration in Finance, and a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Baltimore. In addition, Mr. Khatib has a bachelor degree in Philosophy from the Lebanese University in Beirut.

 

Zahi W. Khouri,
Chairman

With various investments in the Middle East, Mr. Khouri is the Founder and former Chairman of a Coca-Cola bottler in the Middle-East and a Board Member of the largest publicly listed co in Palestine, PALTEL. He is also Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Dar el Kalima, the leading arts and culture college based in Bethlehem and NDC, the largest NGO in the country.

Mr Khouri is also a recipient of the Norwegian Business for Peace award in 2015 in Oslo, Norway and the merit of the “Cavaliere” from the Republic of Italy. He was a finalist in the Global Thinkers Forum for 2017.

Prior to Intram, Mr. Khouri was a global activities director and board member of The Olayan Group.

Mr. Khouri received a M.Sc. in Engineering from the Stuttgart Institute of Technology in Stuttgart, Germany and a MBA from the European Institute of Business Administration (INSEAD) in Fontainebleau, France.

 

Randall R. Hodge,
Executive Vice President

Mr. Hodge is Executive Vice President of Intram Investments, Inc. and is involved in all aspects of Intram’s operations. Mr. Hodge joined Intram in 1995 and since has directed Intram’s project implementation, including contract and lease negotiation, project management, due diligence activities, acquisition, disposition, and finance.

Prior to joining Intram, Mr. Hodge was involved in restaurant development and operations, as well as, having practiced real estate and commercial law at a mid-western law firm adding vital experience to the Intram management team.

Mr. Hodge received a Bachelor of Science Degree and a Juris Doctor Degree from the University of South Dakota.

 

Nader J. Khatib,
Senior Vice President

Mr. Khatib is the Senior Vice President of Intram Investments, Inc. and is responsible for business development at Intram and its subsidiaries. Nader joined Intram in 2003 and was involved in all aspects of Intram’s business including development, leasing, property management, acquisitions and investor relations before resigning in 2011 to pursue his master’s degree. Prior to re-joining Intram, he worked at The Coca-Cola Company in Atlanta, Georgia where he was a member of the International Government Relations Team.

Mr. Khatib received a Master’s of Business Administration from The Rollins College Crummer Graduate School of Business, with a concentration in Marketing. He received his Bachelor’s Degree at the University of Central Florida in Business Management. Mr. Khatib is also a licensed real estate sales associate.

In 2017 Nader attended the Harvard University Business School and successfully completed an executive course focused on real estate management, finance, design, and leadership.

 

Paige Teague,
Chief Financial Officer

Prior to joining Intram, Ms. Teague worked for Boyd Development Corporation where she was involved in all aspects of the company’s development process including the negotiation of land and improved property purchase and sale agreements, disposition agreements and lease agreements as well as project and asset management, due diligence activities and project finance. During her 21-year tenure with the firm she was involved in multiple build-to-suits, land developments, grocery-anchored centers, mixed-use projects and dispositions. Earlier in her career she spent six years at SunTrust Bank where she was engaged in both internal and external audits of the company and its customers. Ms. Teague graduated from Florida Southern College with degrees in Accounting and Finance and is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Florida.

 

Kelly Froelich,
Vice President – Development

Ms. Froelich joined Intram in 2013 as special projects manager to work on the coordination of EB5 Projects. Her role evolved to the development of new restaurant ventures, as well as marketing and business development efforts for Twistee Treat USA. In 2015 Ms. Froelich took on the development process for new Twistee Treat units and since 2017 is involved in the management of Intram’s development projects.

Prior to joining Intram, Ms. Froelich acquired her skills from her experiences being a professional athlete and a sales manager. Ms. Froelich graduated from the University of Georgia in 2006 with a degree in Consumer Economics and NCAA Division 1 All-American recognition (Golf).

 

Maricarmen Figueroa,
Accounting Manager

Ms. Figueroa is the Accounting Manager for Intram Investments, Inc. Maricarmen joined Intram Investments in 2016 where she is involved with leasing, day to day accounting, financial reporting, investors relations and tenant relations.

Prior to joining, Ms. Figueroa worked at Universal Nissan where she was involved in all aspects of the service department including accounting. Additionally, Ms. Figueroa has worked at Doral Bank in Puerto Rico in the mortgage disbursement department. Ms. Figueroa graduated from Turabo University in Puerto Rico with a BBA concentrated in Accounting.

 

Amne A. Khatib,
Office Manager

Ms. Khatib began her career in Central Florida in 1994 employed by Mr. Khatib in customer service and Management at Smart Gift Shops. In 2009, Ms. Khatib moved to another operation owned by Rashid Khatib, Vinito’s Tuscan Tavern, where she was acting Manager with duties including hiring, training and customer service.

In 2011 to further her education, Ms. Khatib attended Anthem College in Orlando; she graduated in 2013 with a degree in Dental Assistance and worked three years in the dental field.

In April 2016, Ms. Khatib joined the Intram Investments team once again as the Office Manager. Her duties include billing, accounting support, customer service for Twistee Treat and the overall internal office management of Intram Investments.

 

Brian Silvernell,
Twistee Treat President

Mr. Silvernell joined Twistee Treat USA as President in 2024 and is responsible for leading the overall expansion, strategic development, culture and operations for the Twistee Treat USA brand.

Prior to joining Twistee Treat USA, Mr. Silvernell built a wealth of experience with a strong track record serving as Director of Operations at TGI Fridays, Divisional Vice President at Buca Di Beppo, Director of Operations at Zaxby’s and, most recently, Franchise Business Consultant for Steak & Shake.

 

Victor A. Khatib,
Operations and Management

Mr. Victor Khatib joined Intram Investments, Inc. in 1997 as Project Superintendent. Currently, he manages Field Operations for ongoing projects. Over the course of Victor’s tenure at Intram Investments, he was instrumental in the management of Intram’s shopping centers and assisted in the brand development of Vinito Ristorante.

Additionally, Mr. Khatib has a strong background in Property Management, Construction, and Real Estate, and is a licensed real estate sales associate.

 

Tommy Khatib,
Property Manager

Since 2021, Mr. Khatib is the property manager for all Intram Investments properties managing tenants relations, property maintenance, vendors, and all other related issues as well as involvement in leasing.

Mr. Khatib has an extensive background in contract food service and retail management. Tommy worked for several leading food service providers likes of Friendlies/Benigens/TGI Fridays/Compass Group North America/Sodexo USA throughout his career as well managing a high-volume Italian restaurant in the heart of the tourist area in Orlando.

Mr. Khatib has earned his Retail management degree through Sedexho University in Gaithersburg, Maryland along with Nutrition certificate from Framingham University, Massachusetts.

 

Nadia Lee,
Twistee Treat Human Resources Manager

Nadia Lee embarked on her journey with Twistee Treat USA in 2024, assuming the pivotal role of leading & aligning the HR department’s vision & initiatives with the organization’s overarching goals & objectives.
Nadia’s professional trajectory traces back to her service in the US Army, where she honed invaluable leadership skills & gained hands-on experience in operations management. Transitioning to civilian life, Nadia seamlessly continued her career, in Human Resources. Bringing over 20 years of expertise in HR, Payroll, Benefits Administration, Regulatory Compliance & Organizational Development. Recognized as results-focused Nadia delivers tailored solutions in talent acquisition, retention, employee relations & performance management while recognizing that our company’s most valuable asset lies in its people.

 

Andres Quiñones,
Social Media / Marketing Coordinator

Mr. Quiñones joined Twistee Treat in 2020 to manage all of Twistee Treat’s Digital Marketing Efforts. He also handles the day-to-day customer service for all Twistee Treat USA locations. Andrés began his career in Marketing by doing Digital Marketing consulting and freelance work as a Photographer/Videographer all over Florida. His previous experience is mostly in growing Social Media pages, organizing community events, and creating engaging content that connects with an audience. He graduated from the University of Tampa with a B.S. degree in Marketing and Entrepreneurship.

 

Rosalinda Rosario,
Accounting Assistant

Ms. Rosario joined Intram in 2024 to assist in the Accounting Department which responsibilities include administration, evaluating and developing resolution for reconciling items within the banking systems, tenants’ relations and other.
Prior to joining Intram, Rosario was an Assistant Manager and her duties included coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, productivity standards, and identifying strategic goals and operation information.

 
  

Nishma Patel,
Twistee Treat Accounting Manager

Nishma Patel joined Twistee Treat in 2019 as Accounting Manager. Prior to joining Twistee Treat Ms. Patel acquired her 14 years of experience across geographically diverse locations where she helped companies reaching financial success and sustainability as well as surpassing financial and organizational goals and objectives within time and budget constraints. Ms. Patel brought to Twistee Treat her skills in improving and streamlining processes, implementing business technology solutions, and increasing productivity.

Ms. Patel graduated with a Bachelors of Commerce in Financial Accounting and Auditing from University of Mumbai, a Certified Hospitality Accountant Executive (CHAE) by the Hospitality Financial & Technology Professionals (HFTP) and a QuickBooks Online Advanced Certified ProAdvisor.

 

Karen Delgado-Anderson,
Twistee Treat Accounting Coordinator

Mrs. Delgado-Anderson joined Twistee Treat in April 2019 to work in the Accounting Department assisting with 35+ stores. She worked 15+ years in the Hospitality Industry in the Orlando area in the field of Sales and Marketing. Mrs. Delgado-Anderson graduated from the University of Puerto Rico-Arecibo with a BA Degree in Business Administration.

 

Destini Rodriguez,
Twistee Treat Accounting Coordinator

Ms. Rodriguez joined Twistee Treat USA in 2023 to assist the accounting team with their work on all of the Twistee Treat Stores.
Prior to joining Twistee Treat, Ms. Rodriguez had experience working as an accounts payables specialist in the construction and logistics industries where she grew a love for accounting and acquired her knowledge in the field.
